TIME

Our inspection is not a 45 minute rush job. We allow 2-4 hours for the inspection plus extra quality time for the client walkthrough on the property at the conclusion of the inspection.

We understand how important fast service is in your transaction so we take advantage of internet technology and send the report out as a PDF file the same evening. Fax and mail delivery options are also be provided.

FEE

We have always felt that the buyer deserves the highest value for their investment dollar. The informed consumer should not seek out the cheapest inspector. We set our fees according to the size, age and components of the home. Our fees generally range from $235 to $535. A quality inspection may require a higher investment but it will save you both money and time by eliminating unnecessary headaches.
